We want you to be completely satisfied with your Joserich Academy experience. This Refund Policy explains your options if you need to withdraw from a programme.

FULL REFUND PERIOD

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of your enrolment date, and

PARTIAL REFUNDS

After the full refund period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Documented medical emergencies, and
  • Other exceptional circumstances beyond your control

Partial refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

COHORT TRANSFER

If you cannot complete your current cohort due to scheduling conflicts, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made before week 4 of your current cohort.
